Grill the former President.

1990 is the year when one of the most humble, kind, honest , transparent and wise leader in Kenya history, was murdered under the most heinous, painful, mysterious and horrifying circumstances. He is the late Dr. Robert John Ouko, the former Foreign Affairs Minister.

Two months before his murder, he was honored in USA, after defending Kenya before a gathering of numerous journalists who asked him very difficult questions to which he provided the most outstanding and convincing answers. And one month before he was murdered, he went to Statehouse Nairobi with two files containing information about corruption at the Mollasses Plant in Kisumu Kenya.

While in the State House, He complained to President Moi about the corruption at the Mollasses plant in Kisumu, Kenya. President Moi told to go home and wait until he called him back. He was murdered before he was called back to State House.

In the same year, two Kenyan heroes well known for championing the cause for the introduction of the multiparty system of Governance in Kenya, the former Minister for Transport and Communication Mr. Kenneth Stanley Njindo Matiba and the Former Nairobi Mayor and Minister, Mr. Charles Rubia, faced the worst predicament in the decade. After they called for the Saba Saba demonstrations, they were arrested and detained. During their release from detention, they were both disabled, both physically and mentally. It is suspected that they were dosed with deadly poison.

The only individual believed to know how and who murdered the former Minister for Foreign Affairs, the late Dr. Robert John Ouko and the actual poison dosed and who dosed the poison to the two prominent Kenyans, has never been grilled to establish the truth of the entire episode. The truth of who killed Dr. Robert Ouko may be well known. The recent Commissions of inquiry actually established who killed Ouko, but the information has been kept secret.

In order for the whole truth to be known about the death of the late Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr. Ouko and the predicament which befell the two Kenya Heroes, Mr. Kenneth Stanley Njindo Matiba and Mr. Charles Rubia, Former President Moi should be thoroughly grilled at establish his complicity in those crimes. If the former US President Richard Nixon and the former US President were grilled over the Watergate scandal and the Lewinsky affairs respectively, why not former President Moi of Kenya?
