No one doubts or questions the Kenyas Attorney General Amos Wakos acadamic achievements and/or his previous work records. What Kenyans and the whole world is questioning, is his failure to use his powers and his intelligence to save Kenyans over the his entire period of over 20 years as Kenyas Attorney General as Kenyans continued to suffer from acute poverty which emanated from rampant corruption, perpetuated by the Kenya leaders.

The daily Nation of the 31st. October 2009 quoted Mr. Amos Wako as one of the most educated and intelligent Kenyan. In 1980, after President Moi invalidated the then Union for the Kenya Civil Servants, the Attorney General Mr. Amos Wako failed to advice the Government. The properties worth more than Ksh 60 billion all over Kenya which belonged to the Civil Servants were grabbed by the politicians.

After the invalidation of the Union which was the caretaker, Custodian and Manager of all the properties, money and Assets, the they were prone for grab. Therefore Mr. Wako, an intelligent and well educated Attorney General, failed to protect the Civil Servants properties. He also failed in many other areas of Governance.
